CCV will not tolerate any form of sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct includes, but is not limited to, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.
Get help now if you have experienced sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking. Help includes getting to a safe place, seeking medical assistance, notifying law enforcement, seeking counseling or crisis response, and making a report to the College.

If you are subject to, observe, or suspect sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or violence, it is vitally important for you to bring it to the attention of a CCV staff member. Each center has trained contact people who can assist you; you may contact any person on the list (you do not necessarily need to contact the person/s listed for your academic center).

VSC Policy 311-A describes the prohibitions around sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. This Policy applies to all members of the Vermont State Colleges community, including CCV students, staff, faculty, and other third parties.
VSC Policy 311-A Implementing Procedures outline the steps available to individuals who may have been subjected to sexual misconduct, domestic violence, or stalking, as defined in Policy 311-A, and describes CCV’s procedures for handling complaints involving such misconduct.
