You’re invited to a free nutrition education event for CCV Winooski students! Join Cedar Schiewetz, Garden and Nutrition Program Manager for Vermont Garden Network, on Monday, April 1 from 3pm to 5pm in Room 108 of CCV Winooski for a free workshop on Eating Healthy on a Budget.
This workshop, part of VGN’s Veducation Van series, will cover understanding food marketing in grocery stores, breaking down unit prices, reading food packaging labels, and preparing easy recipes for under $10. And as a bonus, VGN also gives out free seed packets and recipes at all of their workshops for students to take home!
