MONTPELIER, Vt. — The Community College of Vermont (CCV) is pleased to announce that Ryan Dulude, director of financial aid, has been named a 2024 Rising Star by VermontBiz. The list recognizes 40 Vermonters under 40 who are selected based on their commitment to business growth, professional excellence, and involvement in their communities.

“Ryan is a true champion of accessibility. He works tirelessly to make sure that all Vermonters can continue their education, particularly those who may not have thought college was possible,” said CCV President Joyce Judy. “On behalf of the entire CCV community, I am incredibly proud to see Ryan recognized with this award. It couldn’t be more well-deserved.”

Dulude has served as director of financial aid since 2018, after first joining CCV’s financial aid team in 2011. In this role, he works closely with Vermont State University, the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC), Vermont lawmakers, and Vermont’s congressional delegation to ensure that higher education is accessible to all Vermonters. He is a member of the board of directors for VSAC.
