If CCV cancels a course, you will receive a full refund of tuition and fees. Prior to the third class meeting (for a standard 15-week course), you can drop one course and add another of equal value without financial penalty; however, you may not add any class after the first meeting without written permission of the academic center director or a designee.
If you choose to drop a course, the administrative fee is not refundable. You may be eligible for a refund of tuition and course fees when officially dropping a class.
