- Rupert Village Trust to host workshop with Vermont Public Theater | Arts And Culture | manchesterjournal.com CCV English instructor Karina Jutzi taught a writing class hosted by the Rupert Village Trust. Jutzi is a multi-genre writer whose writing has been featured in literary magazines and plays have been produced across the country.
- Making College Affordable for Working Class Vermonters » Senator Bernie Sanders Senator Bernie Sanders highlighted CCV for offering an affordable education to Vermonters for decades.
- Heard it at School: Holiday surprises and celebrating service | Local News | rutlandherald.com CCV has been recognized as a Military Times Best for Vets 2025 College. This national ranking is the largest and most comprehensive evaluation of how well colleges and universities support military service members, veterans, and military-connected families. CCV ranked first in Vermont, 32nd in the Northeast and Islands, and 47th nationally among General Education and Career Technical programs.
- The Free Degree Promise is a pathway to a free college degree for Vermonters who complete the Early College program during their senior year of high school and then continue at CCV to complete the second year of their associate degree. The Promise is supported by the J. Warren & Lois McClure Foundation and is available to current 10th, 11th, and 12th-graders.
- CCV student Binti Aweis was honored with the John Lewis Youth Leadership Award. The national award recognizes individuals under age 25 who have “demonstrated leadership abilities, have a passion for social justice, and are motivated to improve the quality of life in their community.”
