Seth Elkins – Design & Media Studies
Seth works for Raj Peter Bhakta as the sole graphic designer for both Bhakta Spirits and Hogsworth, designing on- and off-premise assets, packaging, sales material, labels, and providing creative direction for large-scale projects. Notable projects include the Hogsworth brand refresh and launch of Hogsworth AI, the world’s first whiskey AI-Powered brand persona.

Victoria Olteanu – Business
Victoria works for one of the government divisions. CCV helped to improve her English language skills, acquire IT and computer knowledge, learn about the criminal justice process in Vermont, and more. At CCV, Victoria loved the small classrooms, well prepared instructors, and academic advisors.

Seamus Toler – Graphic Design
Seamus is currently a student at Vermont State University in their digital art and animation program. During Seamus’ time at CCV, instructors and academic advisors helped him to find the confidence within his art expertise. Without their incredible guidance, patience, and confidence, Seamus says he would not have been able to take the leap into a profession that is truly fulfilling.

Ashley Andreas – Business
Ashley is the new executive director for Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity. For the last 10 years Ashley has worked in construction as a project manager and estimator. Ashley got into this new line of work because of a CCV field studies internship she completed while working towards a second degree in STEM, after graduating with an associate degree in business.

Peguy Kulemfuka – Business
Peguy is starting their master’s degree program this month. Their time at CCV was instrumental in this journey; the rigorous and diverse course work laid a solid academic foundation, while the supportive faculty helped hone critical thinking and research skills. Additionally, Peguy’s involvement in various student organizations enriched their learning experience and enhanced their leadership abilities. For Peguy, the resources and guidance they received at CCV not only instilled confidence in their academic pursuits but also equipped them with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully transition to graduate-level studies.

Verna Stoddard – Studio Art
Verna is currently in college at Vermont State University. CCV helped her figure out what she wanted to do for continued education. Verna received a graphic design certificate through CCV, then enrolled in a UX/UI Design Bootcamp through Upright Education and completed a UX/UI certificate. Verna works as an EMT while being enrolled in college.

Robert Dykes – Accounting
Robert is working as a front desk manager at the Hampton by Hilton in Brattleboro. He is also working part-time remotely as a bookkeeper for a bookkeeping firm in Massachusetts, and is in the process of starting a virtual bookkeeping business online.

Pearce Miller – Liberal Studies with Specialization in Global Studies
Pearce is currently attending Bennington College and participating in volunteer opportunities at the Bennington County Multicultural Community Center. Attending CCV not only aided in Pearce’s academic development, but also in their ability to create and foster valuable interpersonal connections. Going to CCV also made it possible for Pearce to transfer smoothly to Bennington College, an institution CCV has transfer agreements with.

Cecilia (Cece) Mills – Information Technology
After graduating from CCV, Cece transferred to Vermont State University and is working on completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Cece says she genuinely wouldn’t be where she is today if it wasn’t for CCV. Her main reason for enrolling at CCV was because of the Free Degree Promise program. Without this program and Early College, Cece says she wouldn’t have been able to afford going to college. She’s truly grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing and life-changing program.
