Overview
Our program is flexible and practical, and will prepare you to get working right away, continue your education, or both. You’ll take core classes like biology and anatomy & physiology, and depending on your goals, choose specialized courses covering a wide range of topics, from phlebotomy to nutrition. Many of our faculty members are working professionals in the medical field, and bring real-world expertise to their classrooms. Whether you ultimately want to become a nurse, join a community health practice, or work in a lab, the health science degree provides the knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed.

And to make transferring seamless, easy, and affordable, CCV has agreements with other institutions across Vermont and throughout the region. Students who graduate from CCV with a health science degree can choose from 34 pathways into bachelor’s degrees.
The Vermont Transfer Guarantee is a partnership between CCV and participating Vermont colleges and universities that provides guaranteed admission and seamless transfer to:
