The MVC provides outreach and counseling services to veterans, service-members, and their families, especially to those living in rural or remote communities. Yellow Ribbon Project
CCV will also be holding a Yellow Ribbon project at various centers around the state during Veterans Day week. CCV-Winooski began this tradition years ago and this year we are asking all centers to participate. Students, staff, and faculty will be able to write a brief note on a yellow ribbon, post the ribbon on a wall in the center, and at the end of the week the ribbons will be collected and presented to local VFW posts and other organizations around the state.
